## Project evidence

Accepted repository packets—not external webpages—are the primary sources for
all Parallax observations. Their public bindings appear in:

The official page states that proposals are due August 23 and that the first
round is one paragraph per idea, with up to three ideas. The inspected public
form did not expose an authoritative deadline clock, timezone, or close

The source identifies the Qwen Team and the open-weight Qwen2.5 family,
including the 7B and 14B sizes used locally. Parallax describes this as an
Alibaba-origin/open Qwen family. It does not treat Qwen as representative of
Chinese models generally or as a proxy for Anthropic/Google results.

Provider documentation is time-sensitive. The six accepted qualification calls
bind a dated 2026-08-22 transport observation; future scientific execution
requires fresh path review and sacrificial qualification.
